McGrath_Service_Screen_2_110px.jpgMcGrath Industries' Knowledge Base computer system is our primary tool for the on-going support of our Customers, Service Affiliates and others maintaining McGrath Industries' equipment. The system allows us to log faults and remedies which in turn permits us to quickly identify and solve future occurences of similar or related problems. The Knowledge Base also contributes to our product and component development process. Where possible, updated parts are supplied into existing machinery when spares are required.McGrath_Spares_4_145px.jpg

Liaison and co-ordination of Customer and Service Agent activity is supported by our automated service job email system, allowing all parties to be kept updated on progress with parts supply and maintenance work.

If not a stocked item, replacement parts are always given highest production priority with shipment by air courier, size and weight permitting. Service Affiliates may be provided with design data to allow local manufacture if more expedient for urgent maintenance. Third party components can also be sourced through McGrath Industries, frequently at the most competitive cost due to our OEM status with international suppliers.
